Bako, Kristián
In: Motus in verbo Collectanea disputationum doctorandorum quodlibetalium 2 - 3, s. 8 - 16. ISBN: 978-80-557-2198-9
Abstract
In the strength skill development area, there are many modern methods and innovative procedures, the goal of which is the athlete´s best possible performance. It is beneficial to include the strength-endurance training programme in the form of the circuit training during the preparation of the triathletes with the aim of improving endurance in the cycling part and developing strength in the running step which can ultimately achieve improvement in performance itself. The aim of the article is to provide theoretical starting points for a strength-endurance training programme in the form of circuit training for triathlon from the running performance point of view.

VPLYV PLYOMETRICKÉHO TRÉNINGOVÉHO PROGRAMU NA VÝBUŠNOSŤ DOLNÝCH KONČATÍN BASKETBALISTIEK
Barthová, Martina
In: Motus in verbo Collectanea disputationum doctorandorum quodlibetalium 2 - 3, s. 17 - 24. ISBN: 978-80-557-2198-9
Abstract
Plyometric training programs are currently used in all types of sports. Athletes increase their performance in specific movements, such as throws, jumps, starts, etc. Especially basketball requires fast dynamic movements and a high degree of lower limb explosive power. Two training methods are usually required to achieve explosive power: strength training and plyometric training. In basketball, plyometric training is considered a safe and effective method to improve explosive power and dynamism of the lower limbs. The aim of the paper is to provide a theoretical basis for plyometric training in basketball and its effect on the level of explosive power of the lower limbs.

Abstract
This study deals with the general state of linguistic worldview research, which, according to various authors, is related to ethnolinguistics and cognitive linguistics. We analyse scientific works by Slovak (J. Dolník, O. Orgoňová and others), Russian (V. Telya, V. Kostomarov, S. Tolstaya and others), Polish (J. Bartmiński) and Czech (I. Vaňková) scholars. We focus in particular on the study of the linguistic worldview in riddles, which belong to the oldest genres of folk culture and are also standard cultural texts (scientific works by V. Sibirceva, E. H. Andreeva, I. L. Kuksha and others). We consider the linking of the ethnolinguistic and cognitive approaches as important specifics of the riddle research.

In: Motus in verbo Collectanea disputationum doctorandorum quodlibetalium 2 - 3, s. 36 - 46. ISBN: 978-80-557-2198-9
Abstract
Exercise has many potential benefits for young children, and the options for children's exercise programs should be available to as many children as possible. However, with a significant increase in physical activity in children and early specialization in sports, more injuries can occur in children. Many children and adolescents choose to participate in organized sports for fun and fitness and to develop important sports skills. With the increasing number of children and adolescents who participate in sports events, the risk of injury to the musculoskeletal system also increases. Movement diversity to ensure injury prevention is a necessary condition to build sports performance. The main aim of the paper is to highlight the impact of exercises based on developmental kinesiology in the sports training of children.

Abstract
Research on church dedications of sacral buildings may also be suitable in terms of demonstrating the use of direct and indirect historical methods to research unknown historical facts. Unidentified dedications of the preserved ossuary chapel at the Roman Catholic church in Krupina can be indirectly documented by several methods. The main method is a comparison or analogy. First of all, it is necessary to find out in what way the preserved underground part of the chapel is similar to the others known within the territory of Slovakia. It features a square ground plan with a vault on the central pillar. The chapel on the central pillar of the vaulted arches is similar to the centrally vaulted chapel of St. Michael the Archangel in the town of Banská Štiavnica. Furthermore, the connection of parish churches in both sites (Krupina and Banská Štiavnica) is documented architecturally and historically, which could indicate a connection with the architectural design of both ossuaries and also suggest what the dedication of the Krupina ossuary looked like (St. Michael the Archangel similarly to the Banská Štiavnica ossuary). Architecturally, we have documented similar ossuaries of square-ground planning especially in Lower Austria, where most of such ossuaries are consecrated to St. Michael the Archangel. The ossuary dedications to St. Anne or St. John the Baptist can also be taken into consideration. Another answer may be hidden in the Krupina coat of arms that features the Lamb of God as the main figure, which is beyond the development of the towns coat of arms in Slovakia.

In: Motus in verbo Collectanea disputationum doctorandorum quodlibetalium 2 - 3, s. 60 - 70. ISBN: 978-80-557-2198-9
Abstract
The aim of the article is to briefly describe the effect of physical activities including gymnastic exercises on the development of a child in pre-primary education. According to universal claims, gymnastic physical activity stimulates the locomotor system and proper motor development of children. In the process of physical and sports education, it is important to know the principles of physical and motor development of children, which allow to correctly guide and develop movement prerequisites. Adequate physical activities significantly influence the intellectual, psychological and social development of children's personality structure. The goal of ontogenesis is to make the development of an individual a continuous process passing between individual periods which are characterized by certain signs of physical development. The intention is to clarify the factors and influence of physical activity on physical and motor development.

In: Motus in verbo Collectanea disputationum doctorandorum quodlibetalium 2 - 3, s. 71 - 80. ISBN: 978-80-557-2198-9
Abstract
Innovative approaches to improve the pupils' movement skills in physical education classes include parkour. A sport that is increasingly coming to the fore because it can be practically performed anywhere in nature, on the street, in the playground or in the gym. In this paper we will present parkour as a possible means of teaching in physical education classes, which can be a diversification of the teaching process for pupils. We will try to advise teachers on how they can engage and motivate pupils to move not only during class but also outside of it. Parkour was implemented on a sample of 24 male and 19 female pupils of the third and fourth grade in a selected primary school in Banská Bystrica during two lessons. After taking part, male and female pupils completed a questionnaire designed to elicit feedback on the lessons with the inclusion of parkour. We found that almost 83% of male pupils and 95% of female pupils, would like to experience more parkour in their physical education lessons. It is also interesting to note that 91% of male and 80% of female pupils in the survey reported that they overcame their own fears by overcoming particular obstacles.
